T2 Betula Jacquemontii - The tree needs to be removed to ground level, with the stump ground out. It's a mature specimen but has become a nuisance due to its location between two properties. Its branches are damaging the render and roof tiles of No. 5 Wayside Crescent. Tree reduction isn't a viable option because there are no suitable reduction points, and it would only lead to more regrowth and potential rot.
