Tree Works
Albion Street, Clifford, Wetherby, LS23 6JA
LS23 6JAFull Proposal
Copper Beech: The proposed works comprise light crown pruning as part of routine maintenance. This will involve selectively reducing and tidying the outer canopy to manage its overall spread, improve the trees form, and prevent further encroachment beyond the garden boundary. The intention is to retain the trees amenity value while ensuring it remains appropriately proportioned for its setting. In addition, the upper branches are now growing close to the nearby telephone line (see photos). Undertaking modest crown reduction at this stage will prevent potential interference with the service infrastructure and avoid the need for more extensive works in the future. The proposed pruning is therefore both preventative and proportionate, supporting the long-term health of the tree while addressing emerging practical concerns.
