Proposal to trim G2 mixed species trees to 50cm from the fence to prevent damage and climbing access to the Portakabin site. Also, reduce G3 large Poplar branches by 3 metres up to 5 metres high on the Portakabin side and trim branches resting on the perimeter fence back to the trunk.

G2 Mixed Species: Reduce to 50cm away from fence line to avoid both damage to security fence and reduce ability for the trees to be used as climbing apparatus to enter into the Portakabin site. G3 large Poplars : Request to reduce branches Portakabin side by 3 metres up to a height of 5 metres. Also to reduce any branches resting on perimeter fence (to NE) back to trunk of tree.
