T1 large sycamore - Suggest a 30% crown reduction, removing the branches causing main concern and encourage growth away from the neighbours property, without causing damage to the tree. The tree is currently growing in a way which means branches are extending and overhanging towards our neighbour's garden and property. The neighbours have raised concerns about large branches causing a potential risk to their property should they fall. The tree also blocks light to the side of their garden.
