External alterations to the facade of Parkside Lodge comprising of new doors; windows; cladding; landscaping works to grounds NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 24/07225/FU The site entrance has been amended to incorporate the comments issued by the councils highways team in respect of road markings. The retaining walls to the back gardens and generator area have reduced in extent. Courtyards have been adjusted to accommodate drainage design and to omit the canopy and artificial grass surfaces. Omission of paths within the woodland area, reducing the extent of works required within the tree root protection areas.
