T1 Sycamore (TPO 1993_36) - Reduce crown by up to 2.5m on all aspects, pruning back to suitable growth points, ensuring a natural canopy outline. Final pruning cuts not to exceed 7cm diameter. Tree overhangs pavement and street and is frequently dropping branches exceeding 1m in length and 15cm in diameter. Branches falling in road, pavement and front garden of number 23 and 25 Brookfield Road. Danger to public and property. Crown reduction would reduce the chance of branch failure.
