On the north elevation (rear) view, the passed plans show that the three upstairs rear windows have all been reduced in height. On reflection, we want to retain the existing heights of all three windows, making no alterations to any of them. This will mean building the single storey extension with a lower roof pitch than originally anticipated. The single storey extension roof will still be a pitched roof, tiled in red clay tiles to ensure a visual match with the roof on the house as per the planning permission.
