The client JCT600 wishes to reduce the size of the proposed new building to retain part of the existing workshop middle building and extended it by 1 portal bay. HV repair and Vehicle prep would be retained with car parking reconfiguration. Additional workshop GIA would be 136 sq.m and 145 sq.m for the HV repair / Vehicle prep with conopy link between. This application simply seeks to substitute revised proposal drawings to address the reduced change to building plans and elevations.
