NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 24/01418/FU Seeking the following amendments design amendments in so far as they relate to the Hotel phase only, amend condition 43 to make reference to the hotel phase wind assessment, re order the phasing, with the hotel becoming phase 2, and the BtR becoming phase 3. Consequential amendments to remaining conditions as a result of the re ordering of the phases.
