T1 Beech - To remove. The tree has substantial brackets of Meripilus fungus surrounding at least half the circumference of the base. The client would ideally like to help to contribute to Leeds City Councils White forest initiative rather than re planting in the location of the tree. If this is not possible please propose a replacement tree that would be acceptable to the council
