Proposal to reduce the crown of a Horse Chestnut tree by 2m, with lateral reduction of 1.5m on all sides and potential further reduction on the South side by 2m due to overhanging a public footpath and neighbouring properties. Includes general pruning of lower branches to prevent damage to a shed and a 1m crown lift for 5m ground clearance. Also, removal of a Hawthorne tree due to excessive crowding, limited amenity value, and over-shading.

T1 Horse Chestnut: Propose Crown reduction of 2m. Lateral reduction of 1.5m on all aspects with the option to further reduce the South side by 2m as this is hanging over a public footpath and neighbouring properties. General pruning of the lower branch growth off the trunk starting around 2m high to remove away from the shed and any future growth to prevent damage to the shed structure. 1m crown lift to facilitate a 5m clearance from ground level. T2 Hawthorne: Remove on the grounds of excessive crowding, limited amenity value, and its contribution to over-shading.
