Reasons: bracket fungi growing from main stem which overhangs the road and neighbours property also decay in cavity at the base T2 Oak - To cut back from the property and neighbours property to give 3m clearance, also remove epicormic growth on main stem and remove all major dead wood. Reasons: encroaching on properties and general maintenance, plus health and safety
