T4 Copper Beech - Lift the crown to allow 3m of height in the garden and front of 152 Austhorpe Road. Draw back the lateral growth by 1.5m and lift to 3m from ground level on 152 side of the tree, including roadside. Options open to advice. Tree located in neighbour's property, lower branches and canopy covering/shading the garden. Tips are down to 1.7m from the ground causing excessive shade and problems with parking vehicles outside the property/effecting pedestrians walking by.
