Single storey side extension, with veranda and raised terrace to rear, juliet balcony to rear, new pitched roof to rear extension, roof lights to roof - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 22/01387/FU - 1. Changes to existing rear annex including replacement of single door and window on rear elevation to French doors, infilling of small side window, partial replacement of facing stone to external wall to better match there remainder of the property, rear side entrance door and toilet window retained as existing, first floor layout changed, first floor side window to stair enlarged and roof configuration changed to mansard type roof to avoid concealed valley gutter against the main property and flat roof light incorporated over bathroom. 2. Smaller side extension inset from corner of existing building and parapet raised to line through with larger side extension. Also render band replaced with stone. 3. Side window to music room removed (South East elevation). 4. First floor side window raised to match adjacent (North West Elevation). 5. Roof lights re-configured. 6. External terrace/patio extended with lower tier and additional steps added
