Demolition of vacant two storey bar and nightclub, and erection of part 5, part 7, part 9 storey purpose built student accommodation block containing 88 self contained studio apartments and associated amenity space, plant and storage. NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 21/06759/FU Condition 23 requires the development to be development to be constructed in accordance with the glazing strategy set out within the approved PDA Ambient Noise and Building Envelope Assessment (reference J003455-5230-CW-02). However, there has been a change in the windows installed therefore the alternative windows are to be agreed via condition 25 necessitating a subtle change in the wording of condition 23 to allow for the as-built windows to be accepted. It is requested the condition is changed as follows: The student accommodation hereby approved shall be constructed in accordance with the glazing strategy set out within the PDA Ambient Noise and Building Envelope Assessment (reference J003455-5230-CW-02) or any other measures agreed via condition 25 and those agreed measures shall thereafter be retained and maintained for the lifetime of the development.
