Plan to remove a Scots pine and a blue noble fir that are too close to the house and could damage the grade II listed building. The area will be replanted with smaller shrubs and perennials.

Full Proposal

T1 - Removal of Scots pine (pinus sylvestris) This tree was partly damaged in the snow last winter) T2 - Removal of 1 blue noble fir Both trees have been planted too close to the house and noble fir is now reaching the height of the house. The front off the house has already required stitch works to repair a crack in the window lintels and stonework and don't want trees to cause any further damage to the structure of the grade II listed building. Several other smaller trees have been planted this year in the garden in more approach locations away from the house. If given the go ahead the area will be replanted with smaller shrubs and perennials.
