Proposal:

Application to convert the basement car park to self-storage (Class B8) and change the ground floor from Class E to self-storage and loading area. Includes removal and resizing of the existing shop front, installation of new shopfront glazing with fire escape, new cladding and overcladding of existing brickwork, and painting of external brickwork.
