Proposal:

Application to alter and extend the existing dwelling with a two-storey front extension, single-storey side extension, and a new pitched roof with a front dormer. Includes a two-storey side extension for new living space, parking garage, and roof terrace. Also involves erecting a new timber boundary fence, new landscaping, parking areas, a parking impact barrier, and a vehicle passing area.
