T1 - Willow (within G1 group) Prune branches overhanging the applicants property back to the boundary line. Selective reduction of large lateral limb extending over newly constructed garage roof to suitable growth point in order to reduce end weight and improve structure. Crown lift to approximately 3 metres where necessary for access. Remove dead, damaged and crossing branches. Reason: Boundary encroachment, clearance from built structure, routine maintenance and management of extended limb arising from tight V-shaped union. T2 Maple (within G1 group) Prune branches overhanging the applicants property back to the boundary line. Selective reduction to suitable growth points where necessary. Remove dead, damaged and crossing branches. Reason: Boundary encroachment and routine maintenance. T3 Cherry (within G1 group) Prune branches overhanging the applicants property back to the boundary line. Selective reduction to suitable growth points where necessary. Remove dead, damaged and crossing branches. Reason: Boundary encroachment and routine maintenance. All works to be undertaken in accordance with BS3998.
