T1, T2 Sycamore: Both trees growing from a wall which has a covenant in place. Reduce both trees in height by 4 metres and lateral growth by 3 meters at all aspects, to reduce wind sail. T3 Elm: Remove to ground level, tree is in poor health and has large lean due to other trees around it. T4 Ash: Reduce in height by approximately 4 meters and lateral growth to be reduced by approximately 3 meters at all aspects. G1 Laurels: Remove to ground level due to excessive shading in garden.
