Listed building application to reline the corroding cast iron parapet gutter with Tiflex ProDetail single ply polymer and paint-based system, perform minor roof repairs to fix loose or slipped slates, re-bed any loose ridge and hip tiles, and conduct minor localised repointing of cracked or missing mortar to the brickwork.
