Application for a Certificate of Proposed Lawful Development to re-cover flat roof areas of St Mary's House North & South wings, with external repairs including patch repointing, rainwater goods replacement, and window replacement to accommodate new thermal insulation. Internal works include replastering and redecorating walls and ceilings.
