Proposal:

Application to demolish the existing conservatory at the rear and replace it with a part two-storey, part single-storey rear extension. Relocate the front door, install new windows, and add a two-storey front extension with a new first-floor window to the side. Demolish the existing front porch and erect a 1.5-storey front extension connecting to the garage with a bedroom and en-suite above.
