Proposal:

Application to convert an existing barn into a holiday let with a side extension and front porch, remove the front staircase, alter a first-floor door to a window, and widen the front entrance. Also, construct two holiday lets, add a rear entrance porch to the public house, and perform hard and soft landscaping, including changes to parking, seating, and bin storage.
