Application to demolish the existing single-storey side element of the dwelling and build a two-storey side extension with dormer windows at the front and rear. Alterations to the roof to form a new floor with dormer windows at the front and rear. Construction of a single-storey rear extension with a decking area and raised steps, altered front door access, and a flat-roofed portico canopy at the front. Rendering and cladding to the original dwelling.
