Proposal:

Application to demolish the existing side dormer, single-storey rear extension, and front bay windows. Build a single-storey side and rear extension with habitable rooms in the roof space, including a front and rear dormer amalgamating with a replacement side dormer to the existing roof. Add a single-storey front extension, pitched roof canopy section to front and side, re-render the front, add timber clad sections to the front, replace windows throughout, alter fenestration to the front, add a rooflight to the side, re-tile the roof, and extend the rear hardstanding.
