Application to demolish the existing garage and build a new double garage at the front, add a ramp, steps, and a new gate to the front, create a patio at the rear, change a sliding door to a window in the existing lounge, demolish the existing conservatory, and build a single-storey extension at the rear including a new flue pipe.
