Application to change the use of Versa Leeds Studio 4 from B1(c), B2, and B8 to Class E(d) for indoor sport, recreation or fitness, E(a) for retail sale of goods, and E(b) for sale of food and drink for consumption on the premises, including a new entrance lobby and provision of bin and cycle stores.
