Proposal:

Application to build a single-storey detached garage/cycle room/garden room/store room, extend the loft with a hip to gable end forming a new floor, add dormer windows with a balustrade balcony to the rear, install roof lights to the front/rear/side, render the main dwelling, re-roof with slate, remove the chimney to the side, build a part two-storey, part first-floor side extension, a single-storey rear extension, replace windows and install a new front door with a canopy, and add a patio to the rear.
