Proposal:

Retrospective application for demolishing the side garage and replacing it with a single-storey garage/cycle room/garden room/store room. Includes a hip to gable end loft extension forming a new floor, dormer windows to the front and rear with a balustrade balcony to the rear, roof lights to the front, rear, and side, rendering, removal of the side chimney, part two-storey and part first-floor side extension with balustrade balconies, single-storey rear extension, new windows/replacing windows, and a new front door with a canopy.
