Proposal:

Application to install an external access ramp with balustrade to the front door, increase the front door opening for a new automatic door, install external floodlights, and set up Medical Gas storage and Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System within new timber fencing to the side. Additionally, board over an opening to the side and replace existing windows.
