Proposal:

Application for roof extensions and alterations including a hip to gable extension to the side, rooflights to the front, a dormer window to the rear, retiling of the existing roof, and removal of the chimney. Replacement tiles to match the neighbouring property, with the proposed rear dormer clad in tiles to match the roof under a householder application.
