Proposal:

Application for a part two-storey and single-storey extension to the side and rear, addition of roof lights to the front, and a dormer with windows and a juliet balcony to the rear to create rooms in the roof space. Includes new hardstanding, regrading, and alterations to the boundary treatment at the front to form a widened driveway, and a new gate to the side.
