Application to vary condition 2 of the approved plans for Planning Application 25/02532/FU, which involves changing the use and altering an existing dwelling house and garage to form a Respite Care Home. This includes a single-storey extension for a new link corridor, an access ramp with handrail to the rear, removal of doors and porch, and installation of new windows at the front. The changes include new and amended fenestration, garage roof, first floor bay windows, and a new ramp and patio to the front/side.
