Proposal:

Listed building application to convert an existing dwellinghouse into two dwellings with external and internal alterations, including a new stone slate roof, rainwater goods, guttering, external waste pipes, and structural repairs. The proposal includes new timber framed, double glazed windows and doors, replacement light fittings, an alarm box, dedicated parking spaces, pathways, patios, and internal works to split the dwelling into two separate units.
